All we ask is that you call us in the afternoon between 12 noon and 6pm (Eastern Time Zone). We're here 7 days a week so please don't hesitate to call us on a weekend.
At other times, we may be out of the office in which case, our voice mail will answer your call. We don't like missing calls but, due to these hours, we sometimes do.
Should you get our voice mail, please DO leave a message, phone number and a good time to call you back and we will. If it is not possible to call you back at the time you specify, we will attempt to call you as near to that time as possible.
